Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed after 1:00pm on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, dispatch times may occasionally be extended. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

UK Delivery

We currently offer:

Royal Mail Tracked 48® – £3.60

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £20 after discounts, promotional codes and vouchers have been applied.

zahnarzt-xxl reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw free delivery promotions, delivery charges, minimum order thresholds and delivery services at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

International Delivery

zahnarzt-xxl ships worldwide where delivery services are available.

International Tracked Delivery – Flat Rate £22.00

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination.

All international orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery availability may vary by country, region, local regulations and carrier restrictions. zahnarzt-xxl reserves the right to decline or cancel orders to destinations where delivery services are unavailable or restricted. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or delivery charge unless explicitly stated.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products ordered comply with local import laws and regulations.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, returned by customs, or seized by customs authorities, zahnarzt-xxl cannot guarantee a refund. Any refund issued may be reduced by any shipping, return shipping, customs charges or other costs incurred.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please ensure that all delivery details are correct before completing your order.

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

As orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once order fulfilment has begun.

Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after dispatch, please contact us at [email protected] quoting your order number.

We will investigate the matter with the delivery provider and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers may be required to provide reasonable assistance if a courier investigation or claim is necessary.

Tracking Shows Delivered but Parcel Not Received

If tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with household members, neighbours or building management.
  • Check any designated safe place.
  • Check for a delivery card or collection notice.
  • Contact the delivery provider using the tracking information supplied.

If the parcel still cannot be located, please contact us and we will assist with further investigation where appropriate.

Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because an incorrect address was provided, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected from the delivery provider, additional postage charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

Any refund issued for returned parcels may be reduced by the original delivery costs and any costs incurred by zahnarzt-xxl as a result of the failed delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions, customs processing, industrial action, public holidays, carrier issues or periods of unusually high demand.

zahnarzt-xxl shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
