Ingredients: Milk casein blend (milk casein from milk protein isolate, micellar casein), cocoa powder, natural and artificial chocolate flavors, gum blend (xanthan and guar), salt, ace k, sucralose. Directions of use: Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 120-170ml or mix 2 servings (2 scoops) with 250-350 ml of cold water or skimmed milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and after exercise.
