This is a reproduction using the original mold. It’s made of heavyweight cast iron and painted by hand. The whimsical circus design springs to life when a coin is set into the dog’s mouth. Press the lever on the side, and Trick Dog jumps through the hoop and drops the coin in the barrel. Works great, spring is strong. The paint job is in great condition with very little wear for it’s age. No rust, dings or scratches. The stamp on the bottom says TAIWAN and has a patent number. Includes the original rubber stopper. Take the stopper out to retrieve coins. Trick Dog Bank measures 8 1/4″ x 4″ x 7″ tall and weighs almost 4 pounds! Some other reproductions are a smaller 7″ length. Photos are of actual item.
