Description Single plastic Operational Aide Memoire Commanders Slate Card. Details as per the issue card, dated June 2015 Single card with MIST AT on one side, MEDEVAC on the other. Subdued colour card, pre cut, with rounded corners, and hole punched for a ring or lanyard if required. The MIST AT MEDEVAC card should be carried by all ranks, kept with your trauma kit with zap number filled in. These cards measure 103 x 145mm, and being plastic they do not require waterproofing, and can be reused. We recommend alcohol based cleaners for these cards as solvents such as nail varnish remover will degrade the print.
