Description A limited production of 5 barrels only. This wine is a true reflection of my passion of expressing exceptional vineyard sites in their most natural light and a cool growing climate. Intense perfumed notes of bright cherry and strawberry on the nose, followed by notes of red forest fruits, sensual and silky in the mouth with a lingering freshness and texture on the finish. Serve at 12-15 Deg. Pair with tuna, lamb, beef or mushroom risotto. For something sweet chocolate fondant. Drinking well now, with ageing potential of 5–7 years, during which it will develop added savoury complexity, softer tannins and earthy spice notes.
