Description Genuine UK military issue bayonet frog in MTP PLCE pattern ‘frog’ carrier for the SA80 bayonet, accommodates either full size frontline ‘teeth arms’ pattern scabbard with wire cutter fitting or shorter design without. Stiffened design, 1000D Cordura type Nylon outer with PU backing and female buckle half to retain the scabbard. Dual rear fittings allow the option to position the frog at differing heights, fittings are standard PLCE type, press studded & padded loop with plastic tabs to fit the pockets on the PLCE belt We have also seen these employed as frogs for knives and even machetes, kukris or goloks, will accommodate blades of up to 23cm (9”) depending on width and thickness.
