Description Illustrated booklet provides instructions for making a Tabula Rasa Jacket with handwoven, felted or other handcrafted fabrics. This booklet includes directions for calculating yardage (width and length) of handwoven fabric, preparing hand made fabrics before cutting to prevent fraying, supporting the fabric, assembling the jacket, and finishing methods. Booklet also features suggestions for pattern layouts on narrow handwoven fabric and for creative use of selvages to embellish a jacket. Please note: This product does not include pattern pieces. This booklet is intended for use with the basic Tabula Rasa Jacket pattern. It is designed for an experienced weaver or other fiber artist who wants to make a jacket with handmade fabric.
